This place doesn't seem to have the best reviews, but I've had no issues. I did a Togo order and everything was fine. Store itself is nice and clean. The workers were fine and I experienced no issues. They now take orders at the restaurant via a kiosk. I know some people aren't too comfortable ordering through the kiosk, but despite using it for the first time - I was able to figure it out. But I can understand if people aren't use to it. Personally I'd rather interact with a live real person, rather than a machine. Guess it's the way of the future due to increasing costs to do business nowadays. As for my Togo order, I got everything as I ordered. My only tip is to order a lot of salsa if that's what you like. The kiosk shows medium for the salsa, but really they're just the tiny individual containers. Once I saw the size, I asked for more, which wasn't a problem. The food came out fine. The chicken was juicy and tender, with good flavor. I would have no hesitation ordering from them again.

The food is always yummy at El pollo. Today mom and I tried the new healthy bowl (double chicken n corn) which is served in a clear plastic container rather than a flour tortilla bowl. Very tasty I might add. The service was outstanding I did not get the women's name but I think she was a manager it was Friday at about 1ish. She was working the front counter. Very nice and accommodating! All employees should be like her. Very clean inside which made it very nice to stay and eat there.
